Since our founding in 2020, we've been dedicated to the human side of business by strengthening organizational leaders as they lead their teams, ascend in their careers, and navigate challenges in front of them.

Our core competency is individual, virtual coaching of leaders to empower them to achieve their goals using a three-phase process of exploration, engagement, and reflection. Our use of external, certified, and credentialed coaches provides our clients with the psychological safety to explore, share, strategize and refuel themselves which strengthens their skills, resilience, and confidence.

Our founder, Suzanne Currier, MA, PCC, brings a wealth of experience to every coaching session:

  • Diverse background spanning leadership roles in Fortune 200 companies, startups, and nonprofits

  • Master's Degree in Organizational Leadership

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing

Suzanne's journey as a coach began in 2017, and she's since earned the prestigious Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her executive and professional coach training from the University of Texas at Dallas has equipped her with the tools to be your success partner.

After working with hundreds of leaders across global organizations, government agencies, and nonprofits, Suzanne has honed her ability to connect with and inspire professionals from all walks of life. Her approach is both warm and results-driven, ensuring that leaders and organizations transform and progress.
